Order in Council 369/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Frances Sanderson was reappointed a part-time member of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a term of one year, effective December 21, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 1841/2016;

And

whereas Frances Sanderson tendered her resignation effective January 9, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsections 207(2) and 96(2) of the Child and Family Services Act , Order in Council O.C. 1841/2016 be revoked effective January 9, 2017.
