Order in Council 1480/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of subsection 5(2) of the Niagara Escarpment Planning and Development Act ,

Michael Paul Curley of Stoney Creek

be re-appointed as part-time member of the Niagara Escarpment Commission for a fixed term of three years effective the later of October 31, 2021 and the date this Order in Council is made.
