OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture dated February 5, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Tasmania relating to collaboration in the development of fisheries and aquaculture, in the form set forth in

Schedule A, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after February 14, 2019.
