OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 23, 2007, pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 355 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Primary Forest Products Marketing Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 92-662 dated June 30, 1992, respecting the appointment and remuneration of members of the Nova Scotia Primary Forest Products Marketing Board by striking out the phrase "at meetings" in clause (

g) and substituting therefor "carrying out business on behalf".
