Order in Council 328/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Brenda Mercer of Windsor be reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending September 6, 2025.

Further,

whereas Brenda Mercer was appointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective September 7, 2023 by Order in Council O.C. 1313/2023;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1313/2023 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
