Order Exempting Certain Coal Gas and Lands in Plymouth, Pictou County, from the Act
made under
Section 8 of the
Petroleum Resources Act

as amended up to O.I.C. 2000-229 (April 26, 2000), N.S. Reg. 84/2000
The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Mines and Energy dated the 30 th day of August, A.D., 1990, and pursuant to clauses (
a) and (
b) of
Section 8 of
Chapter 342 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Petroleum Resources Act, is pleased to withdraw from the applications of said Act and the regulations made thereunder, the coal gas and lands covered by Special License 2/86 and Special Mining Lease 88-1 which lands are more particularly described in
Schedule A [Schedule A-2] attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
