Order in Council 850/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 14(1.1) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , as amended,

Ms. Sarah Judd of Simcoe

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years effective the later of July 22, 2020 or the date the Order in Council is made.

And pursuant to subsection 172(5) of the Environmental Protection Act , as amended,

Ms. Sarah Judd of Simcoe

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Negotiation for a fixed term of two years effective the later of July 22, 2020 or the date the Order in Council is made.
