OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated May 1, 2007 and pursuant to Sections 151, 152 and l53 of
Chapter 10 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Raymond E. Ivany as member and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Workers' Compensation Board for a term of five (5) years commencing May 16, 2007; (
b) fix the remuneration for Raymond E. Ivany at $20,000 per year and $300 per day for attendance at meetings of the Board of Directors of the Workers' Compensation Board, for attendance at committee meetings and meeting preparation days to a maximum of $50,000 per year in addition to reimbursement for reasonable travelling and other expenses incurred in connection with the work of the Board.
