OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated February 6, 2001, and pursuant to the provisions of Sections 27, 28 and 29 of
Chapter 100 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Corporations Miscellaneous Provisions Act, is pleased to convey to Steven P. Gionet and Katherine A. Bellefontaine the lands described in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, acquired by Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia by reason of the dissolution of Cowie Hill Developments Limited, a dissolved corporation, and to authorize the Attorney General to make and execute such documents as he deems necessary to effect the aforementioned conveyance, upon payment of the sum of $750.00 being the administrative fee and the sum of $5,800.00 being the difference in dollar value between Lot 21A and Lot 21A combined with Parcel B.
