Order in Council 1225/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Lorraine Ellen Takacs of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective November 9, 2025.
