Section 9 of

Chapter 250 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Land Titles Clarification Act , is pleased to amend the Land Titles Initiative Regulations , N.S. Reg. 123/2022, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2022-176 dated July 5, 2022, to provide for public notice of contested claims, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after September 24, 2024.
