OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated December 18, 2013, is pleased to: (
a) pursuant to clause 65 (2)(
a) of
Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2005, the Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act, appoint Olufemi Banjo of Dayton, Yarmouth County, as a member of the Review Board for a two year term commencing on December 20, 2013; and (
b) confirm remuneration will be paid to the member in accordance with rates established in Order in Council 2011-183 dated May 24, 2011.
