Order in Council 1737/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1319/2013, dated the 18 th day of September 2013, Margaret Bertha Godawa was reappointed as a member of the Town of Cobourg Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from September 29, 2013;

And

whereas Margaret Bertha Godawa has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the Town of Cobourg Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended,Margaret Bertha Godawa is hereby reappointed as a member of the Town of Cobourg Police Services Board for a further period of two years, effective from September 29, 2016.
