Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated July 13, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 41(

A) of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act ,

Section 18(1)(

a) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , and all authority in him vested, is pleased to, effective July 15, 2021: (

a) revoke the appointment of Andrew J. Weatherbee as Acting Clerk of the Executive Council made by Order in Council 2019-148 dated May 30, 2019; and (

b) appoint Jennifer Glennie as Acting Clerk of the Executive Council.
