OIC Number: 2009 - 134 Date of Order: Mar 17, 2009 OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated February 25, 2009, and pursuant to Order in Council 81-1422 dated November 17, 1981, which Order approved the establishment of Trade Centre Limited, and pursuant to Order in Council 85-342 dated April 2, 1985, and pursuant to the Articles of Association of the Corporation, and pursuant to all other authority in Her vested, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Mayor Peter Kelly as a member of the Board of Directors of Trade Centre Limited for the period commencing December 31, 2008 and ending December 31, 2010; (

b) appoint the following persons as members of the Board of Directors of Trade Centre Limited, each for the period commencing December 31, 2008 and ending December 31, 2010: Councillor Jim Smith, Councillor Gloria McCluskey, and Councillor Brad Johns; (

c) revoke the appointment of Paul A. Gurr as a member of the Board of Directors of Trade Centre Limited as of December 31, 2008; and (

d) authorize the payment of $100.00 per day, plus reasonable expenses, to these members of the Board for work involving the Trade Centre Limited. Department(s): Economic and Rural Development (Jan 2009 - Jan 2011)
