Order in Council 667/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 49(3) and 51(1) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act , Craig Ervine of Belleville be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Hastings and Prince Edward Counties Health Unit to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective May 28, 2021.
