Order in Council 44/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Robert Shawyer of Toronto, reappointed by O.C. 1179/2021 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Dental Technologists of Ontario, has resigned from his appointment effective December 14, 2022;

Now therefore , pursuant to clause 5(1)(

b) of the Dental Technology Act, 1991, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1179/2021 be revoked.
