On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the

Schedule to the Motor Vehicle Fees Regulation, B.C. Reg. 334/91, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix

1 Item 13 of the

Schedule to the Motor Vehicle Fees Regulation, B.C. Reg. 334/91, is amended as follows:

(

a) effective January 1, 2014, in column 2 of paragraph (

a) by striking out “ 45 ” and substituting “ 36 ”;

(

b) effective February 1, 2014,

(

i) in column 2 of paragraph (

a) by striking out “ 36 ” and substituting “ 34 ”, and

(ii) in column 2 of paragraph (

b) by striking out “ 23 ” and substituting “ 22 ”;

(

c) effective March 1, 2014,
