OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated May 8, 2026, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 15 of the Acts of 2023, the Regulated Health Professions Act , and pursuant to

Section 3 of the Dentistry and Dental Assisting Regulations , N.S. Reg. 83/2025 made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2025-125 dated April 25, 2025, is pleased to appoint Gregory Fevens of Yarmouth County, and David Melvin of Halifax Regional Municipality, as public representatives of the Board of the Nova Scotia Regulator of Dentistry and Dental Assisting, both for a term of three years commencing June 4, 2026.
