Prescribed reporting organizations

1 Under The Financial Administration Act , reporting organizations include government agencies, and other organizations or classes of organizations that are prescribed by regulation. For this purpose, the following organizations and classes of organizations are prescribed as reporting organizations for the 2022-2023 and subsequent fiscal years:

(

a) every school division and school district as defined in The Public Schools Act ;

(

b) every health authority as defined in The Health System Governance and Accountability Act ;

(

c) every authority as defined in The Child and Family Services Authorities Act ;

(

d) the following health care organizations:
