Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Accessibility Act , dated November 3, 2022, and pursuant to Sections 13 and 14 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2017, the Accessibility Act , and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , hereby: (

a) revokes the appointment of Andrew Jantzen of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Accessibility Advisory Board, made by Order in Council 2021-25 dated January 28, 2021, effective December 14, 2022; and (

b) reappoints Linda Campbell of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Accessibility Advisory Board for a term of three (3) years commencing December 14, 2022.
