OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education, dated July 22, 2011, and pursuant to clause 5(1)(
a) of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1991, the University Foundations Act, is pleased to appoint Mr. Victor C. Gouthro as a member of the Cape Breton University Foundation for a term of 3 years commencing September 6, 2011.
