B.C. Reg. 231/2009 , deposited September 24, 2009, pursuant to the PUBLIC HEALTH ACT [Sections 115 and 125]. Order in Council 505/2009, approved and ordered September 23, 2009.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

section 7 of the Sewerage System Regulation, B.C. Reg. 326/2004, is amended

1 in subsection (1) (a) (

i) by striking out " , or " after " Association ",

2 in subsection (1) (a) (ii) by striking out " through an institution " and substituting " an institution ",

3 in subsection (1) (a) (ii) (

B) by striking out " , and " after " maintenance " and substituting " , or ",

4 in subsection (1) (

a) by adding the following subparagraph:

(iii) an organization recognized by the Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of British Columbia as offering sewerage system training programs that provide an applicant with the qualifications required for registration under the Applied Science Technologists and Technicians Act , and , and

5 in subsection (2) (

a) by striking out " British Columbia Onsite Sewage Association " and substituting " Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of British Columbia ".
