Order in Council 1671/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Regional Municipality of Peel Police Services Board was continued as a police service board under the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 on April 1, 2024,

Therefore , pursuant to

section 31 of the Community Safety and Policing Act , 2019,

Alan K. Boughton of Caledon

be further reappointed as a member of the Regional Municipality of Peel Police Service Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed two years, effective from the later of May 2, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made.
