Statute: Boxing Authority Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Boxing Authority Act dated August 1, 2008, and pursuant to

Section 3 and subsection 4(1) of

Chapter 43 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Boxing Authority Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Glen Edwards of Truro, Colchester County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority for a term commencing November 1, 2008 and expiring October 31, 2011; and (

b) reappoint Hubert Earle of Upper Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Referee-in-Chief for the Authority and Advisor to the Board for a term commencing November 1, 2008 and expiring October 31, 2011.
