OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated July 12, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 131 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Dispensing Opticians Act, and
Section 44A of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to appoint: Thomas Burlock of Truro, Colchester County; Gregory J. Gillam of Truro, Colchester County; Lorne Ostrov of Timberlea, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Graham Sweett of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality as members of the Board of Dispensing Opticians for a two year term commencing August 1, 2007 and expiring July 31, 2009.
