CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Co-operative Guarantee Act [Assented to March 29, 1957] Rev. Stat. c.229,

section 5a amended

Section 5a of The Co-operative Guarantee Act, as enacted by

chapter of the statutes of 1956, is amended: (

a) by inserting after the figure “5” in the twelfth line the following: “and as to loans in

section 7”; (

b) by striking out the following: “,’subject to
