d) any other person appointed, assigned, desig- nated or requested to assist the Minister of Social Development, the acting deputy head referred to in subsection 4(1) or the deputy head appointed in ac- cordance with subsection 5(1) for a limited period of time, with respect to the administration, supervision or enforcement of any Act with respect to which any right, power, duty, function, responsibility or author- ity that is transferred to, vested in or imposed on that Minister, with respect to a particular matter or thing under the administration, supervision or control of that Minister, or with respect to any right, power, duty, function, responsibility or authority that is transferred to, vested in or imposed on that acting deputy head or deputy head, with respect to any act or thing done within the meaning of this paragraph, by the other person,

Section 1 The existing provision is as follows:
