OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated April 11, 2002, and pursuant to subsections 68(1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (7), (10) and (11) of
Chapter 7 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1996, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Hugh MacArthur of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, to the Occupational Health and Safety Appeal Panel (Nova Scotia) as an Employee Representative, for a term of three (3) years commencing May 1, 2002; and (
b) fix the remuneration of Hugh MacArthur at $150.00 a day for each day of attendance at hearings of the Occupational Health and Safety Appeal Panel, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
