Order in Council 756/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Timothy James O’Halloran was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective March 4, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 422/2022;

And

whereas Timothy James O’Halloran tendered his resignation effective December 14, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 422/2022 be revoked effective December 14, 2022.
