OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated June 5, 2001, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act, is pleased to appoint the following persons as members of the University College of Cape Breton Foundation each for a term of three years commencing June 26, 2001, and ending June 25, 2004: Nancy P. Gillis of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality; Jacquelyn Thayer Scott of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; and Donald R. Cleveland of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality.
