An Act to Amend the Auditor General Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: 1 The Auditor General Act,

chapter of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is amended by adding after subsection 3(3.1) the following: 3(3.11) The selection committee shall be established not fewer than 90 days before the end of the term of the Au- ditor General. 3(3.12) If the office of Auditor General becomes vacant more than one year before the end of the term of the Au- ditor General, the selection committee shall be established within 30 days after the vacancy occurs. chapitre des Lois révisées de 2011, est modifiée par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après le paragraphe 3(3.1) : 3(3.11) Le comité de sélection est constitué au moins jours avant la fin du mandat du vérificateur général. 3(3.12) Si le poste de vérificateur général devient va- cant plus d’un an avant la fin du mandat du vérificateur général, le comité de sélection est constitué dans les jours suivant la vacance.
