OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables and the Minister of Public Works dated January 17, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Public Works entering into a net debt obligation for the capital costs associated with the Antigonish County Active Transportation Corridor project and the Municipality of the District of Chester Active Transportation Modal Shifts & New Connections project under the Climate Change Mitigation Sub-Stream of the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program.
