Order in Council 1623/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

WHEREAS by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1317/2013, dated the 18 th day of September 2013, Wendy Smith Cuthbert was reappointed as a member of the City of Brockville Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from September 29, 2013, and her reappointment will soon expire;

AND

WHEREAS Wendy Smith Cuthbert has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the City of Brockville Police Services Board;

THEREFORE pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Wendy Smith Cuthbert is hereby reappointed as a member of the City of Brockville Police Services Board for a further period of two years, effective from September 29, 2016.
