OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated July 12, 2006, and pursuant to Sections 2(a), (b), (d), (

e) and (f), 6, 16(1)(

b) and (g), 20 and 34(1)(

f) of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Sections 8(2) and 9(1) of the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Financial Assistance Regulations, is pleased to: (

a) consent to Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Board's decision to amend the terms of the financial assistance to Federal Gypsum Company on terms and conditions generally as outlined in the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated July 12, 2006; (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
