The City of Winnipeg Charter Amendment and Planning Amendment Act ( S.M. 2022, c. 27 )
Loi modifiant la Charte de la ville de Winnipeg et la
Loi sur l'aménagement du territoire , c. 27 des L.M. 2022
With the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Manitoba, we name December 31, 2022, as the day on which the following provisions of The City of Winnipeg Charter Amendment and Planning Amendment Act (S.M. 2022, c. 27) come into force:
section 1;
clause 2(
a) insofar as it enacts the definition "designated official";
sections 3 to 8 and 10;
subsection 18(1);
clause 28(e);
sections 30, 32 and 57.
Sur l'avis et avec le consentement du Conseil exécutif du Manitoba, nous fixons au 31 décembre 2022 la date d'entrée en vigueur des dispositions indiquées ci-après de la Loi modifiant la Charte de la ville de Winnipeg et la
Loi sur l'aménagement du territoire , c. 27 des L.M. 2022 :
l'article 1;
