OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services dated April 19, 2023, and pursuant to clauses 33(1)(

a) and 46(1)(g), (lb) and (

n) of

Chapter 85 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Condominium Act , is pleased to amend the Condominium Regulations , N.S. Reg. 60/1971, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 71-1173 dated November 23, 1971, to make the regulations gender neutral, change the person responsible for the appointment of condominium appeals officers and amend filing, voting, duplicate production, reserve-fund study, and registration requirements, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after May 23, 2023.
