The British Columbia Assessment Authority orders that the Railway, Pipeline, Electric Power and Telecommunications Corporation Rights of Way Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 218/86, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 2 of the Railway, Pipeline, Electric Power and Telecommunications Corporation Rights of Way Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 218/86, is amended by striking out " 2023 " and substituting " 2024 ".

Section 3 is amended by repealing the table and substituting the following:

For the pipelines of a pipeline corporation, other than gathering pipelines

For the gathering pipelines of a pipeline corporation

For the transmission lines of an electrical power corporation

For the metallic or fibre optic cables of a telecommunications corporation

$7 970 per acre
