Order in Council 1545/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 9.(1) of Ontario Regulation 46/17, Ontario Climate Change Solutions Deployment Corporation, made under the Development Corporations Act, the appointment as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Climate Change Solutions Deployment Corporation of Susan Lo by Order-in-Council 1183/2017 is hereby revoked, effective September 12, 2019, as Ms. Lo has resigned as a Director of the Ontario Climate Change Solutions Deployment Corporation.
