OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister of the Public Service Commission dated March 20, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 45 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to approve of amendments made by the Public Service Commission to the regulations made by the Civil Service Commission and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 81-268, dated March 3, 1981, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
