section Other (specify):- KAOPTMOIC\oie fees scpt OO.doc loo RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF EXAMINERS IN OPTOMETRY OF BRITISH COLUMBIA, MADE THE 14th DAY OF MAY, AD AT VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA WHEREAS, The Board of Examiners in Optometry, pursuant to its duty and authority set forth in

Section of the Optotuttists Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c.342, in the public interest has determined to amend the Rules of the Board, effective upon the passage of this Resolution; IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Rules of the Board of Examiners in Optometry be amended by the removal therefrom of Rule 67.3 (

a) and Rule 67.3 (

b) and replacing them as follows: "Rule 67.3 (

a) On application and registration of an optometric corporation $500.00 if in conjunction with a holding corporation $750.00 Rule 67.3(

b) On application for an annual renewal of an optometric $150.00 Corporation permit, at the same time as application for renewal of an optometric licence takes place Optometric licence fees become due on November for the following calendar year, therefore, the optometric corporation permit fee shall become due on November for the following calendar year." IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the said Rule Amendment be submitted to the Lieutenant- Governor in Council for approval at the earliest opportunity, by delivery to the Minister of Health for British Columbia.
