OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated February 27, 2001, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Elaine Louise d'Entremont made pursuant to Order in Council 91-924 dated August 1, 1991; and (
b) appoint Elaine Louise d'Entremont of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
