Order in Council 176/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Laina Smith of Cookstown, appointed by O.C. 269/2022 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, has resigned;

Now therefore , pursuant to clause 6(1)(

b) of the Physiotherapy Act, 1991 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 269/2022 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
