OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated March 5, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 10 of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act , and all authority in him vested, is pleased to, effective March 7, 2014: (
a) revoke the appointment of Sandra McKenzie as deputy head within the meaning of the Civil Service Act for the Advisory Council on the Status of Women; and (
b) appoint Lynn Hartwell as deputy head within the meaning of the Civil Service Act for the Advisory Council on the Status of Women.
