Order in Council 549/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Heritage Hunting and Fishing Act, 2002 ,

Yvonne Brown of Inverary

be reappointed as part-time member of the Fish and Wildlife Heritage Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years effective the later of June 18, 2023 and the date this Order in Council is made.
