OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated January 4, 2005, and pursuant to Sections 12 and 92 of

Chapter 17 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Revenue Act, is pleased to amend the Revenue Act Regulations, N.S. Reg. 63/96, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 96-230 dated March 29, 1996, to clarify provisions about the sale of gasoline and diesel oil for resale and to add provisions for out-of-Province audits and for tax exemptions for school boards, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after February 4, 2005.
