Order in Council 1763/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 805/2011, dated May 4, 2011, Dr. Stacy A. Desilets was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

Whereas Dr. Stacy A. Desilets has, in writing, resigned her appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective June 13, 2017;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 805/2011, dated May 4, 2011, appointing Dr. Stacy A. Desilets as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
