Order in Council 1153/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Stu Miller was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective September 22, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1383/2023;

And

whereas Stu Miller tendered his resignation effective May 31, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 1383/2023 be revoked effective May 31, 2025.
