OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated November 4, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 32 of the Acts of 2004, the Prescription Monitoring Act , is pleased to appoint Dr. Monica Behl of Halifax Regional Municipality (Fall Fiver) and Eric Poon of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as directors of the Nova Scotia Prescription Monitoring Board representing the public, each for a term of three (3) years commencing May 9, 2023.
