OIC Text: The Governor in Council on report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated April 12, 2012, and pursuant to Sections 7 and 8 of

Chapter 7 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Rural Credit Act, and pursuant to Sections 10, 11 and 13 of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board Regulations, N.S. Reg 248/92, made by Governor in Council by Order in Council 92-1162 dated December 1, 1992, is pleased to approve the granting of a loan in the amount of $3,001,371.39 to den Haan Enterprises Limited, to fund a greenhouse expansion and construction of a loading and packing room, to be repaid on terms and conditions as outlined in

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
